Engaged Sweeper

Hi,

We have Lansweeper IT Agent Discovery on all our client devices. The cloud agents are talking to Lansweeper Cloud no problem.

We're scanning user OUs from our linked on-prem scanserver on our domain. Windows devices in Lansweeper Cloud correctly show the last user logged onto the device and the users' information seems to be pulled through correctly as well. We are _not_ scanning machine OUs.

However, when you look at the users in LS Cloud the "Windows computers logged onto" section is blank for everyone. How is this supposed to be populated? What does LS Cloud need to have enabled for "Windows computers logged onto" to be populated in the user records? Is is not possible with just Lansweeper IT Agent Discovery?

Thanks.
