I don't use LS extensively, but have just noticed that all my computers have not "been seen" for a couple of months now.

I thought I would see if I could troubleshoot this, but nothing is obvious. I went into the console however, and noticed that the Active Scanning is greyed out.

The errorlog.txt file indicates the LANSweeperUser cannot log into the db either.

Bit of a chicken and egg situation.

Any tips on this?

I thought active scanning was part of the free version?

It does say it isn't registered but I presumed that to mean the Premium version would need registering. If not how do I re-register my copy?

If it's greyed out I'm guessing your license expired.

Can you post the lines of your errorlog.txt file please.
Make sure that the database services are started.
