Could you:
stop the service
delete errorlog.txt file
start the service
let it run for 15 minutes
upload the complete errorlog.txt file.

No, I have it running on a standalone SQL server.

This is actually a database problem.
Is the database on the same server as the service?

Check to see if the domainname and netbiosname are filled in correctly.
Check your errorlog.txt file.
