Hello All,

After upgrading lansweeper3.5 active scanning worked for 1 time, after that it stopped scanning.
I have kept schedule scanning 1 day.


can anyone tell me what could be a reason and why activescanning stopped?

hi, I checked by runnning dcdiag, it is not showing any errors..

if i run lsclient fron desktop, it runs successfulyl without any issues...

I am also getting similar issue. I have posted the error message from the error log. For security reason I have ommited our domain details.

(dcdiag comes with the support tools on the windows cd)

i have already set that settings in domain scanning...

i have not removed. but still it is not working...


i had also mentioned earlier that it is working only on first OU ... rest 3 OU's are not

I must be missing something.

Could you please post again (after you made the previous changes)
1) screenshots of the domains and OU section
2) your errorlog.txt file (without the previous errors)

I did , but as i mentioned earlier that only india servers OU scanning worked. rest 3 OU's scanning is not working.

i double check with active directory, there is no any spelling mistake of OU what i hve mentioend.

If you place OU's in the OU filtering, you also need to add the domains in the other tab otherwise it will not work.

i did that...

but in OU filtering tab. only first option scanning worked (india servers)... below 3 options (mum1 desktops, mum2 desktops & mum3desktops) are not scanning... can you tell my why it is not working?


Also i want to scan only on particular OU, not on whole domain. So, if i keep domain scanning empty then their should not be any harm...

kindly let me know your suggestions...
