Adding Product Keys under Premium version tab

I added a new line item to be checked and after it was added and enabled I now receive the following error and don't know why I do or how to get rid of it:

"Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read."

Help.

One other question, in the Action Pane - the shortcut to Delete Old User Profiles, it references delprof.exe in it's shortcut - where is that file actually located?

If there is no path specified the search path is used (windows, windows\system32, ...)

Easiest is to create one share and place all your tools there and change the path in the actions accordingly.

thank you, what about the other 2 products I had previously asked about? Also, going forward since this doesn't work as programmed - how do I add any NON Microsoft software to the list?

Hi, please post the registry entries and I'll create you a script.
Non-Microsoft products are supported in version 4.0, you can test the beta from the forum.

This is an example script that you can use to insert the needed data.

Could you try one last thing first.

Stop the service
open the configuration tool
try to enter the data
start the service again
