Last week, we have replaced Cisco switches by new models on which some workstations were plugged. In the same time, the corresponding VLANs have also been changed.
The consequence of these operations is that all workstations changed their IP address.
For some of them, Lansweeper doesn't recognize the new IP adress. it shows always the last one.
The ping status is green when Device tester considers that the ping is failed.
Despite scanning of the Workstation via IP adress or via Windows scan, it always shows the old IP adress.
