We currently use VNC for remote help on our network but we are moving to GoToAssist because it will work on our network and off of our network. Does anyone know how to get an Asset Action like VNC to work with GoToAssist?
This is what Asset Action for VNC looks like - cmd.exe /C "C:\Program Files\TightVNC\tvnviewer.exe" -host={smartname} -password=ourpassword
