Hi...I have 4 new PCs scanned and stored in the basement. in Lansweeper I changed their state from "active" to "stock", but the next day they all changed the state to active again.
Do I have to disable the computer accounts in AD to keep the "in stock" setting?

yes, this was checked.. I thought this would only affect the states active & non active.

All states different from "active" are considered "non-active"

No, this is not required. Could you check whether the option "Automatically make non-active computers active when they are rescanned" is checked in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration\Scanning Setup\Server Options. This would explain the problem.
