We love LS here, we use it for nearly everything. One feature we would find very useful: Auto assign cc'd users when ticket is created. We are a small government shop with around 20 county departments. Each department would like a few key people in their group to be automatically cc'd on every ticket entered for their department. This allows them to track their departments requests. We do collect the department name from the ticket submission form. Can that be used to auto assign cc'd users to the ticket when submitted? Better yet, could this be tied to their AD group membership?
