Autorun: Misconfigured report

What does this report actually signify? What is actually misconfigured? I have several hunderd computers that are on this report with over 1500 autorun entries each. From where is it pulling the autorun entries? A majority of the entries are in Location "Startup" per the database. How can it be corrected?

The Default User Startup was indeed the problem. I wonder if this misconfiguration is just a nuisance issue or if there is actually a performance impact.

For lansweeper (and other applications) there is a performance impact.

It had something to do with key: HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

Please post an extract of this key for the computer with problems.
