Ticket custom fields - AD (LDAP) Lookup

The functionality exists in numerous locations already w/ adding a CC user to a ticket or assigning a relationship to an asset ect.Is there a way to have a ticket custom field be an LDAP lookup for users?

Does lansweeper have the ability to scan and report the internal Aircard from a laptop/Tablet? Like pulling SIM ID, Phone Number, and IMEI.
