can't display "DOMAIN" and "USERNME"?

I install lansweeper 3.2,running smoothly,but "domian" and "username" can't be display.why?
some computer had display that running lsclient.exe as administrator in client computer.but many computer can't display it that running as "power users".why?

in my company,user's computer must be login used domain user,user's domain accout must be in local computer's power user group.

I running lsclient.exe in some computer.the domain and username is normal,but many computer can't display domain and username,i running lsclient.exe in domain policy(copy \\dn2pdc01\NETLOGON\lansweeper\LSclient.exe %windir% /y

I'm not sure I understand the question.
Do you have this behaviour with active scanning in 3.2 without using lsclient?
