Can't see any computers in Lansweeper (not premium) I have win XP sp3 swe

Can't see any computers in Lansweeper (not premium)
I can only see the machine with lansweeper that I'm running it on.
How can I scan the computers on my domain.
I started lsclient on the client and as parameter i put the ip of the lansweeper host. It reported "Fault" so whats next? I hade tryed to restart the service but same problem.

I am also having problems scanning. Just bought the Premium version and clicked on the enable option but nothing else has happened.

Sorry about the Premium question but I tried posting to the Premium forum and I am locked out of there.

On the bottom of the forum there is a link where you can enter your license key to get access to the premium forum.

I have the same problem. Below is the contents of errorlog.txt

12/08/2009 12:55:50: Database connection successful, starting up service

Please post screenshots of your domain scanning setup.
Also please post an extract of your errorlog.txt file.

If lsclient doesn't work then most likely your service isn't running, the errorlog will give more insight.
