Changes by type

I am evaluating Lansweeper to replace the product we are currently using. I'm very impressed with everything so far, but we have been running it for three days now and noting is populating Changes By Type. I'm particularly interested in Software.

Is there something I need to do to get that to work?

You don't need to do anything special.

You might want to check the waittime for software, maybe it's set higher than 3.

You can try this:
1) remove software on a computer
2) trigger a full scan of the computer
