Chrome 29 plugin

Windows 8, Chrome 29
%localappdata%\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins
seem not exists, I created the dir Application\Plugins
copied the files, but no way, it is not present in chrome://plugins
any idea?

URL for Windows 8 64 bit is C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application

There are multiple possible locations for the Plugins folder, including %programfiles%\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins. Note that you need to restart your browser after adding the plugin.
