Engaged Sweeper
We are implementing cisco phone in our company but phones are detected as webserver, change the device type is not an option(300 phones)either we lost information about phones if we set voip manually in device type. I don't find any information about this topic in Lansweeper documentation, how can I fix this issue?

Lansweeper information:
Service version 4.2.0.90
Webconsole version 4034
Database schema 19

Could you contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following:
- For easy reference, a link to this forum thread.
- Screenshot of the Lansweeper webpage of one problem phone.
- Screenshot of a connection test performed to the same phone using the Devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Please perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the problem phone, and show us the entire test window.

Do you mean that you attempted to override a device's type, but your changes were lost upon rescanning? Please make sure that you tick the "lock against scanning" checkbox (next to the field) when changing a device's type. This will prevent your changes from being overwritten during scanning.
