I have attached the shares and the directory structure.
If I use windows explorer I would have to go to eg C:\Program Files\lansweeper\LStools\Remote screenshot
If I go via My network places I can get their via \\Virtualxp1\LStools\Remote screenshot and It runs. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

If what you are saying is correct then it should work.
Can you manually browse to \\virtualXP1\lstools from windows explorer and start the file from there?

ok - my share is called LStools and it is at C:\Program Files\lansweeper\LStools
so I changed the previous line to:
\\VIRTUALXP1\LStools\Remote screenshot\screengrab.exe {computer}
But I now get file not found. Sorry - what should it read?
eg the path to the file I want is
C:\Program Files\lansweeper\LStools\Remote screenshot\
THanks

Yes, there are supposed to be that many slashes.
Most likely your share name is wrong
\\VIRTUALXP1\Program Files
Do you have a share called "program files" on this server?

By the "bottom of the page" do you mean whre I can see the line ... javascript:reunApp('\\\\VIRTUALXP1\\Program Files\\lansweeper\\LStools\\Remote screenshot\\screengrab.exe HP26293279738','true'? Is so no error
Is there suppossed to be that many slashes there when the code in the config screen looks like?:
\\VIRTUALXP1\Program Files\lansweeper\LStools\Remote control\lsremote.exe {computer}
Ping definitely works

Do you see a javascript error at the bottom of the screen?
Do other actions (ping,... work)?
