I am premium user of the latest version and I have the problem that some machines do not perform the scans correctly and I get the following message:

"Computer is not yet scanned."

as I solve this?

When you click on the computer you will get a detailed error message:

It's also possible that the computer is currently being scanned and the scan is not finished yet.
