I have just recently upgraded from 3.1 to 3.2 and now any new computer added to our system is not scanned. There are no errors, just a red computer with no scanned details such as OS etc. When I manually run the script the computer is successfully scanned, but no results.

Any help would be appreciated.

any new computer added after the update is displaying as a red icon with no updating. It would also appear that existing PCs are not updating but do not display the red icon.

How many computers are working and how many are affected by this problem?

There are no errors in the web interface and no errors on the errorlog.txt on the server lansweeper is installed. There are some errors from a previous scan as per below:

The first error is strange because the user has full admin rights. The second error which is the more recent I do not understand.

Thanks

Do you see any errors in the errorlog.txt or the web interface?
