We have Lansweeper version 5224 running with IIS on a virtual Windows 2008 R2 Server. We have recently seen a 100% spike in constant CPU usage on the server. Stopping the lansweeper service fixes the issue, but it returns when the service is started again. I have also disabled all scanning and restarted the service, but the CPU usage is still 100%. Can anyone provide insight on the possible cause of this issue? Thanks in advance.

We haven't heard back from you, so we assume this issue has been resolved. Note that for 2008 R2 this patch may be required.

Could you write a mail to support@lansweeper.com with
- a screenshot of the task manager on your Lansweeper server
- the error log saved under Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt
We will follow up via e-mail
