CPU Family

Dear All,

I have a problem with CPU family names and I need how can I solve under below problem.

For Example:

There is a Client which CPU is Intel® Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz

But when check from Lansweeper its shown as 1 * Intel Pentium III Xeon.

Could you please Explain and help me about this problem.

Could you perform a Full Rescan of the affected machine, to ensure that all its database details have been updated.

We know this patch and apply but it does not effect the result.

Could you have any other suggestion how to solve this problem.
