CPU Report with Count

Hi,
Iam trying to get the Report with the following entrie

1. Hostname
2. Processor Name
3. No of Cores in the CPU
4. Manufacturer of the Laptop/Desktop
5. Processor Architecture
6. Numbero fo Processors
7. Number of Logical Processor
8. Physical Disk Size

Also the core2Duo processors are showing wrongly as Xenon
Is it possible to get correct Processor Name and Count
