I am trying to create a spreadsheet from ticket information that will update daily. The tickets I want added all have the the same language except for one part on the ticket subject (ex. Seperation of Employment: xxxxxxxxxxxxx where xxx is the employee name). I want this list to show the date the ticket was received, the ticket number, and subject(more importantly the employees name). I would like it to update daily automatically adding the new tickets to the end of the list. Is this possible?
