Custom Actions\Premium Tools

I appear to banging my head against a wall with regards to getting the custom actions\premium tools working within firefox. These tools have been working fine for months up until the last few days whereby when clicking on any of the custom actions nothing appears to be happening. I have manually added the Firefox plug-in (also removed and re-added to see if this resolved the issue.....no luck).

Although I'm experiencing issues with Firefox 3.6 IE 8 works fine

I'm guessing you will be notified via email if you have posted in this forum as the majority of users may not use a decent browser like firefox and they would not be aware of the issue.

For others who have the same issue with Firefox 3.6, will there be a public notification to all users, or how does this typically work?

We just found out (this morning) that the plugin doesn't work anymore in firefox 3.6. (previous versions worked fine)

We're currently searching for a solution.
