HI

My company has just purchased Lansweeper premium but all attempts at downloading from the site mailed to us fails.
Zip fil reported at 6.62mb but download actually ends at 5.29mb everytime.
Compressed file reports "Unexpected end of archive"

One thing to note is the error seems to be in lstrigger everytime.

Just tried two other machines using a mix of firefox, ie6, ie8 on xp pro and win7 with exactly the same results.

Could you try clearing your browser cache or using another browser or computer?

I just tried from 3 different internet connections without a problem.

Thanks for prompt reply, there is no interference from firewalls or our antivirus I have just checked the logs.

The lansweeper download dies at exactly the same 5,425kb every time, not got to downloading the premium tools yet!

Is this the normal setup that you are trying to download or the premium tools?
Never heard of this problem, could it be a firewall or antivirusscanner that's blocking the traffic?
