Custom fields: drop-down list ?

Hi,

I am using Lansweeper Premium V4.2 and I wam wondering if it is possible to set some custom fields like "Custom1" as a drop-down list with pre-configured values ? This would definitely ease the daily administration and make sure that people would only be able to use pre-defined value.

Is it feasible ?

We cannot yet say. The next major upgrade will be a big one and lots of potential features are still up for debate.

I think what's being asked is, does Lansweeper provide a customizable way to configure Custom fields to something other than a plain textbox. Similar to options found in SharePoint for Lists and Libraries.

I know Lansweeper does not, but it would be very helpful if it did.

This cannot be done through standard functionality. We currently have no release date for this feature.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for making changes to your installation that fall outside standard functionality.
