Database not updating

Hello,

My Lansweeper DB does not seem to be updating. Most of the last logon fields say 9/15/2009 or earlier.
I think I might have upgraded around that date.
I'm attaching my error log file.

Is there an SQL script I need to re-run?

Ended up unistalling then re-installing.
I was able to use my existing database.
Whatever was wrong, this seems to have fixed the issue.

We don't use alternate creds. The LS service account is a domain admin.
We have 1 domain.
It seems like everything worked up until the last upgrade.

Not sure what you mean by screen shots of config.
Listenport is set to the default 9524.
Concurrent Threads is 15

The service is running, I have restarted several times. It always says 1 computer processed and 0 in the queue on status check.

I don't know what else to check.

Lansweeper is not scanning. I really need to get this fixed.

When I check the service I get:

Congratulations, your lansweeper service is running

Premium version - Active scanning enabled

Total computers processed: 1

In queue 0 In process 0 Threads running 0


It usually has at least a few computers in the queue.
Total Computers processed has been 1 for a long time now.

OK, I entered the netbiosname.
I don't think LS is working properly.
The last part of my error log reads:

In the configuration utility you need to fill in the netbios name for the domain that you want to active scan : See : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/findnetbiosname.aspx

I re-ran the sql script.
The last few lines of the error log now read:
