we have 5 batteries showing up on the Hardware reports as being on the Dell Battery Recall and needing replacement. They only show a portion of the battery serial so we had to get them manually, but my question is how can we revmoe them from the list? 2 of them do not actually need replacement according to their website: https://www.dellbatteryprogram.com/Identify.aspx
