It's unfortunate for LS users that Dell keeps changing their product page URL (which causes the Serial link to fail), but LS can't control Dell's web team.
I created an Asset action with a Description of
Dell Product Page, and an action that looks like this:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/{tag}/
Now, whenever Dell changes their URL, it's just a matter of finding the URL and adjusting the Asset action. It's far from automatic, but it works.
