Hi - we renew our subscription through a third party.

They claim that you have sent out the renewal key several times, but it has not been received.

Please can you let me know how we can get our key, as presently we are unable to use the majority of the features of Lansweeper.

This is quite urgent.

Please send billing related questions to sales (https://www.lansweeper.com/contact-sales/) and include your order's Cleverbridge reference number in your email.

Your reseller should whitelist any emails sent by @lansweeper.com, @hemoco.com and @cleverbridge.com. Billing related emails are automatically generated and sent to your reseller by cs@cleverbridge.com, our e-commerce provider Cleverbridge. Note that, due to privacy concerns, these emails are only sent to your reseller and not to you directly.
