Engaged Sweeper
Hello,

The first time that i have installed Lansweeper (using a trial version), all devices (ex.: switch, router, etc.) and Linux servers were found on my network.

After a upgrade to premium version, i made a clean install of Lansweeper in a Windows Server 2003 and Lansweeper didn't find this devices.

What can i do to solve that problem? Or this problem is related by a licensed version?

Thanks!

Augusto

The problem was in the wrong definition of the range of ip.

Thanks for help!

Could you please ensure that you have submitted your IP ranges for scanning in the Lansweeper configuration console under Scanning Servers\(name of your server)\IP Range Scanning.

A shortcut to the configuration console, called Lansweeper Configuration, should be present on your Lansweeper server's desktop. More info on IP Range Scanning can be found on page 26 and beyond of our online documentation.
