After rebuilding my Lansweeper server (complete rebuild). Now I get the following display in the Digital Dashboard. See attachment.

Could you post any errors in your errorlog.txt file?

When reinstalling did you point the webinterface to the same database as the service?

Okay, but it now has been nearly 24 hours since the complete rebuild and I still have the same screen. Active Scan is configured correctly, I believe, per the instruction in the "How to install.pdf"

If not you will get this (empty) screen
