Engaged Sweeper
Hi everybody,
I am new in this forum and I am trying lansweeper (not premium user).
As soon as I run the software for the first time, all that the program was
able to find was the local machine. Is it correct? Is there something to do
in order to let it discover the network?
Thanks very much for you help.
Antonio.

Thanks fr the tip, but I found the following remarks:

12-5-2009 14:24:14: <> computername domainname: scanning multiple domains requires the premium version

So the premiumversion will work I gues.

That should work Paul, please take a look at the errorlog.txt file in the service folder.

Have have lansweeper added as a memberserver in a domain. When we use de lsclient servername from a batch it says as a result connecting success..... I added a pause to view if any remarks where made. Success is OK, but there are no computers shown in the console....... Is this because we tried the tool in a free version? I thougt that when you use the lsclient the tool will export the results to the database - webconsole. Or is this because I am testing the tool in a domain and you need the premium version?

Please see the documentation about lsclient.exe

You need to trigger scanning with lsclient (preferably from a logon script)
