Domain & Username Not Present on Action Screen

For all clients listed in LanSweeper, none of them show a Domain: or Username: on the Action screen underneath "Last Seen".

Any ideas?

Are you using the premium version?
In this version you still need lsclient if you want to track logons, the next version will solve this.
