Hi, it seems Dropbox is not registering as a installed software on our computers even though it is in the Add/Remove programs list. Our environment contains Windows XP, Vista and 7 computers. Our Lansweeper server is 3.5.2, however I really doubt that is the cause of the issue as it detects other software as it should. The Lansweeper uninstaller also does not detect it.
Are there any known issues with Dropbox being detected in Lansweeper?

The issue is with the Lansweeper version you are using. Older Lansweeper versions do not look for software within HKEY_CURRENT_USER, which is where Dropbox can be found.
We recommend you upgrade to our latest software version, which can be found here.
