New Lansweeper User, and just using the cloud version. I am looking at the Unapproved Software Report that is available, which is what I want to use. My understanding is that the $software.softwareName used in the report for the manually maintained list of Approved and Declined software is the Normalized software name, e.g. Google Chrome, or Git etc. But how do I handle software with the same name, for example I have "Desktop", which is in my normalized software list, and is either Docker Desktop, or GitHub Desktop.
Thanks
Paul

Hi,
That's a great question about custom reports! Just to clarify, the Cloud console has a different reporting structure than the on-prem Classic version with its SQL access. So, direct custom SQL reports aren't available in the Cloud right now. But don't worry, we do have some helpful guides and resources that should point you in the right direction for creating the reports you're looking for.

I appreciate the reply, and it's a good video, but doesn't answer my specific question.
