This is a petty minor thing and I'm sure something you all have heard before... This is something that is possible with more clicks, but I'd love to see drop-down menus on the Helpdesk in the Tickets view for changing the State, Type, and Agent.

A single click and menu would be preferred to quickly change these options. Example, I'd prefer "Assign To" instead of
"Pick Up" and a menu drop down with the other agents. That's two total clicks. Instead, you have to checkbox the ticket, go to Actions, Agents, Assign to Agent, and choose. That's five clicks. Minor, but when you deal with this all day, it can be a time saver.
