Hello,
I've configured some agents to have limited rights. They are part of a team that is only linked to two types of tickets. The field "Allow full access to all tickets regardless of team or type" is disabled in the configuration.
Unfortunately, they are able to see all types of tickets.
Does anyone know if this is normal?
