Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- Your email options under Scanning Servers\Your Server\Options. (You already posted this screenshot here, but it would be useful for internal referencing if you emailed it as well.)
- The mail groups configured under Reports & Alerts\E-mail Alerts\Mail Groups.
- Your mail reports under Reports & Alerts\E-mail Alerts\Mail Reports.
Also note that empty reports are not mailed. If a report has no results, you will not receive an email.
