error NIL EXceptions

Hey all

Setting up new version
new machine..

Enterprise 2008 server in VM
installed the SQL 2005 light edition
Frame work 2.0
IIS 7 is installed

and during installation of the lansweeper i get the error of the NIL interface exception....

IIS configuration: error MS IIS is not installed: invalid class string
IIS configuration: error cannot connect to root site

please advice

The installer is currently not supported on windows 2008

I changed to 2K3 and it solved the problem
