Hello,

Since the last Update 5.2.0.24, i get on each deployment the Error "Couldn't start the remote registry service."

First this Message "Gathering Information While Performing Preliminary Checks." and then the error message.


Could you help. The Update 5.2.0.22 worked very fine.

Hello,

I too experienced this issue after I updated our Lansweeper from version 5.2.0.17 to 5.2.0.24 this morning but the linked LansweeperService.exe also corrected my issue.

Hi,

Could you please check if this patch fixes the problem:
- Stop the Lansweeper service
- Make a copy of the Program Files\Lansweeper\Service\LansweeperService.exe and place it somewhere safe.
- Replace Program Files\Lansweeper\Service\LansweeperService.exe with this one (unzip first): Link
- Restart the Lansweeper Service

Or where can I download the Version 5.2.0.22? I have a back of the SQL Database of this Version.
