About 10% of computers are with the error mentioned above. I've turned off the Windows Firewall, I checked the DNS and tested connectivity using the Test Connection LanSweeper, I received the following message:
Remote WMI test
-----------------------------------------------
\ root \ cimv2 Remote WMI access test FAILED
Call was canceled by the message filter. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010002 (RPC_E_CALL_CANCELED))

Remote Registry using WMI test
-----------------------------------------------
\ root \ default Remote WMI access test FAILED
Call was canceled by the message filter. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010002 (RPC_E_CALL_CANCELED))

What should I do to solve this problem?

Could you send the output of the following command:

"netsh firewall show state"

Send a .run file created with http://www.runscanner.net after uninstalling the vpn software.

I do not have a personal firewall installed on these machines but I have a checkpoint vpn client. The software is in standby mode. This would cause this problem?

I also have some machines with the same software (Checkpoint VPN Client) installed and are functioning well.

I tried to disable the software (Checkpoint VPN Client) and run the client again, but it happened the same error, I also test uninstalling it, but got the same error.

What should I do now?

Call was canceled by the message filter is usually caused by:
really bad network connection
but more likely : a third party firewall (cisco vpn client, ...)
