LS 12.5.0.7 Edit report error

I see error when try to edit report in the LS 12.5.0.7:

{"Error":"Internal server error: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)","StatusCode": 500}

And then LS shows "Loading..."

* LS server doesn't have internet access by security reasons.

I checked  that "c:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\web.config"  was truncated.

So I restored backup.

But it was possible to rename web.config.bak file.
