The free disk space is not updating on my computers/servers; what do I need to configure in Lansweeper to correct this issue?

If your computers are still submitted for one or more scanning methods, they are rescanned automatically. It's important to note however that each scan item (software, memory, hard disk...) has its own schedule.

Item wait times can be configured in the Lansweeper configuration console under Scanning Options\Item Wait Time. By default, hard disk information is rescanned every 9 days. If you wish to rescan this item more regularly, lower the setting for the "HARDDISK" wait time. More info on wait times can be found on pages 43 and 44 of our online documentation.

That worked. Is there a way to schedule/automate this process for an OU?

Could you perform a Full Rescan of your machines to ensure you have the latest available computer details.
