If we have an outage of a core applications, we can expect multiple tickets reporting the same problem. I would like to be able to attach them to a global, or master ticket, so I can post an update once and it will go to everyone who opened a ticket. This is different than merging tickets. I don't want my users seeing each others tickets and responses. Just a a way to send the same response to multiple tickets as once.
