Hello there.
We're using Lansweeper since several years now.
Newly we use the helpdesk which works fine except one thing.
Usually the users use the WebGUI to create their tickets.
All fine.
When users create the Tickets via Mail the support team gets the exact mail once a minute until it is deleted from the mailaccount.
I told lansweeper to ignore that mailaccount incuding its' aliases but I don't get rid of that effect.
Is there something else I can do?
