Got some errors from Lansweeper about tokens when sending and receiving helpdesk emails, turned out it was our secret having expired in MS Graph the other day. generated a new secret on MS end. Tried to update it in Lansweeper. got this error.
Help desk e-mail address helpdesk @ (my company) is also assigned to helpdesk user helpdesk @ (my company), which can lead to issues. Please either choose a different help desk e-mail address or change the assigned e-mail address of user helpdesk @ (my company) under Configuration\User Access & Roles.
The helpdesk email address only exists for helpdesk tickets in Lansweeper. why is Lansweeper suddenly having issues with an email address configuration that has worked for two years or more? how do we fix this?

Can you please make a custom report on the table blushers and check if your helpdesk email address does not appear in that report? The error indicates that there is an active account holding the same email address.
If the user is not listed in the report output, please contact Lansweeper Support. They can help you further with it.
