There was a topic from '08 that had the command line for Goverlan but starting in v8 they added a nice feature to choose the type of remote control so I figured I would make a new topic many years later.
Make sure your technicians installed Goverlan to the default location and use:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GoverLAN v8\GoverRMC.exe" {smartname} -rctype:1 -noprompt
rctype is:
1 for Goverlan RC
3 for RDP
4 for VNC
5 for RCMD
6 for SSH
7 for KVM
