Help on error WMI access is denied 0x80070005

I to you all. I hope someone can help me because I really like this toll and I want to buy it but first need to solve this problem.

I am having this problem below, WMI error in all my computers. Can anyone help me? I tryed some fixes found on the net but none of then worked. I have an win 2003 domain and win XP pro sp3 clients

The free version should work without any problem to solve this wmi error.

Thanks for the answer but I already tryed that. I have the free version and cannot use all the tools available in the premium version to trace the problem.
I am going to install again from scratch the 3.5.1 or make the upgrade to the beta version 3.5.2

What do you think?
