I have not found any documentation on this product yet, so I am going to ask here for two things.

1) Is there some documentation on the product about install / operation?

2) I installed the product today. When the LanSweeper digital dashboard comes up. The only computer it scanned is mine. But not only is mine the only computer it scanned, it is the only computer that shows up. Also, my computer is not running a firewall at this time and is running Windows XP pro SP3.

I have several servers, and quite a few workstations in my domain and I am the domain administrator. While I understand firewall could be causing some issues on workstations, none of my servers are exposed to the outside world and as such are not running a firewall product.

Is there a config panel I can get to to control when the scan happens and more importantly what machines it looks for. Such as network subnet, etc?

Thanks, I managed to get my domain computers scanning with that.

Now the last question is:

Can I scan computers that are not domain members?

This can be done with the premium alternate credentials, but officially workgroups are not supported.
